Welcome to the ACCEL Community Cyber Program. At ACCEL, we believe that young people are the most important part of every learning environment. The mission of ACCEL is to transform lives to affect positive change in the community by providing services that reinforces healthy behavior, positive social and physical development and builds self-esteem and strength in the student, parent and our community of families.

ACCEL is a cyber-school center that is committed to working with public cyber schools, such as the PA Cyber School, in providing the highest level of services to parents who are cyber- schooling their children. All children must first be enrolled in a cyber charter school of your chosing prior to enrolling at ACCEL. The selected cyber school will then become your child's host school and provide all text books, materials, online certified teachers, and all computer equipment; such as, a computer or laptop, printer and accessories. ACCEL provides only the daily supervised structure, instructional support, guidance and a daily regimen of activities, such as, physical education, field trips and fine arts. All of what you would find in a regular school day. The program supports parents who cannot stay at home to home-school their children and want them to be a part of a social environment and a unique program such as ACCEL. The program services youth in grades K-12 in the Philadelphia and Upper Darby areas.
